The Abstracts and the Paper should be mailed in PDF Format to messi16@sairamit.edu.in.
The subject of the mail should be

Paper Presentation_<Title Of the Paper>

The Body of the mail should contain
- Title Name
- Participant(s) Name
- Year of Study and Department
- Institution's Name and Location
- Participant(s) Contact Number and Email ID
No Spot registrations for paper presentation.
Last Date for paper submission is Aug 19, 2016.
Selected papers will be intimated by mail on Aug 21, 2016.
Event will be held on Aug 23, 2016 and venue will be intimated at time of registration.
At any situations, event co-ordinators decision will be final and please co-ordinate with them.
All the students will be given a participation certificate and the prize winners will be given an attractive cash award.

Two Hard copies and One Soft copy of the paper must be in participant(s) possession on the day of the event.
Team can have a maximum of 3 members.
Total Presentation Time per team will be 10 minutes.
- Presentation = 5 minutes
- Q&A Session = 2 minutes
Judges decision will be final.
Registration is mandatory.
At any circumstances, event coordinators decision will be final and please coordinate with them.
