Registrations are closed!!

We regret and are worried that the registrations are closed. We thank you all for the support and interest shown in our symposium. The registrations have maxed out beyond a fixed point. 

Please don't be dependent on spot registrations as it will be completely given on first come first serve basis. The criteria for the number of spot registrations will be informed only on the day before of symposium on this website.

To Note: 

  • Please register your details with care.

  • Students are requested to bring their college ID cards without fail and present it at the time of registration.

  • In case of multiple registrations from the same email ID, the latest registration will be considered final.

  • Even though online registration is done, the participants are requested to seek the registrations desk on the day of event to get their ID Cards.

  • Spot Registrations are also available. [Except paper presentation]

  • The Registrations are closed by 9.30pm and events are conducted as per the schedule.

  • At all possible situations, students are requested to wear their ID cards inside the college campus.

  • Students are requested to come in Formal dress wear only.

  • Using mobile phones inside the campus is strictly prohibited.

  • At any circumstances, co-ordinators decisions will be final and please co-operate with them.

  • Lunch will be provided for the participants
